relax I really think the judges were very good with him, he got +Goe in almost all elements
Lets see:

1+2. his first two jumps got +Goe + 2 or +1, very good reception by judges.
3. Then he was called the edge on his flip (e), so automatically he has to get - Goe (most judges just didn't notice the wrong edge but last judge is in love with Plushy probably

). He didnt do 3flip all season except Rostelecom and for a good reason, a called flip is same marks like doing a 2axel
4. triple Salcow +Goe
5. His spiral with 3lutz-3 toe got +2 and +3 Goe across the judges so i say they
really liked it

:)
6. 3 Loop also positive Goe
7. Flight Sit Spin level 3 and +Goe
8. His first straight steps got level 2, as in Euros, probably with little attention it could go to level 3 but he was not competing seriously. To get level 4 in these days with the recent rules you need to be either spastic like Lysacek or patrick chan kind of skate
9+10. Next two jumps ok, he just doubled his Lutz
12. The ChoreoSteps (his second step sequence in the program) by new rules get a base number 2.0 and judges just apply GOE, so he got +1 Goe by Judges.
The spins Flying Camel Spin And Compination Spin with change of foot where he got level1, now ISU has changed 75865885 rules about spins in men
11. First one FCSp1 I really dont know why he got level 1, I m reading rules and cant understand why.
13. all i can think of is that the second one CCoSP got level 1 because first of all by Isu rules this is not bielman but variation of camel spin, and if any of position doesn't revolute two times at least spin gets level 1 automatically. Maybe I m wrong, this is all I can think of, but i havent read all the spin rules, they are a dozen
his pcs were also very very good so they counted for sure he had a lot of transitions and choreography.

ISU doesnt see the bielman spin (camel variation since it is with one hand not up the head) as the most difficult variation now so there is no reason to do it and hurt himself, but the camel (bielman) spiral is gorgeous and they rewarded him for that :)
