The arena of Saku Suurhall is the biggest multi purpose venue in Estonia. It was built in 2001 and while being smaller is conceptually based upon Helsinki’s Hartwall arena, where the European Championships took place in January 2009. For concerts, the arena can hold up to 10 000 spectators. Each year, around 300 events take place in Saku Suurhall.
