Тогда Меньшову поставили за прокат короткой программы абсолютно объективные оценки, а Плющенко – заоблачную сумму. «Мы должны быть конкурентоспособны, – подчеркнул Рукавицын. – По уровню мастерства мой ученик готов бросить перчатку олимпийскому чемпиону Турина, но мешает рейтинг. Завоевывается же рейтинг стабильными выступлениями на всех турнирах».

Trying to add a small missing piece, I deleted some lines of my previous post .. Sorry!
The interview is very long, almost a full page - apart 20 lines for Carolina Kostner (maybe she will have surgery on her knee after the World Cup in Tokyo), and another twenty lines speaking of Rugby.
If you want, Girls, next days I'll post the whole translation.. if you forgive my bad English!
