However, I'm fairly certain the doctors name is Dr. Ilya Pekarsky, not Dr. Baking...(I think Baking is somehow an artifact of google translate)

Here, I just found this: it's not from the hospital, but it does seem to be some kind of profile in English. It seems "Ilya Pekarsky" would be a spelling that should probably be okay:

Here in the U. S., you can send money with Western Union without having an account: you just go to a location and give them cash while filling out a form. I'm not sure how it works in other countries, though.

P. S. Just checked again...I think sending money to a Belgian bank account also just requires Bank Name, BIC and IBAN, so I'll need these information from you when you're ready...

Guys I think to Plush Yana we should send two total things, plus baloon, plus chocolate.
