Alyson, very shortly - what Irisha wrote:
Amodio’s LP is vulgar.
Artur was good but his LP choreography is hard to understand. And he definitely needs a new haircut.
Joubert’s comeback after SP was great!

Some huge ' Bern pictures ' posted Dark Star!!

:-):
Alyson 2 me Kevin van der Perren seems a great
guy and an extremely hard working skater who
finds his strength in his powerfull jumps, in fact
he nailed all of them in his 2011 EC FS! But in my
modest opinion his artistic side lacks somewhat
in grace/elegance..

Thanks Darina! As always, your help is priceless! :plush40:

Irisha, you're a brave person, I like people who is not afraid to stand out from the crowd! Also I haven't loved the Amodio's Free program... Falls apart, the way he danced Michael Jackson's song is pretty creepy! Anyway, this is another case where a fast and "dancer" skater has been appreciated much better than any other strong athlete able to land beautiful quads into a clean program, but not enough "choreographic". In my opinion, A bronze was even too much.
------------------

I like Artur´s hair"cut" :-): By the way - are there any skaters with really long hair?
To the choreography: I did not know which story he was telling - but this may help:

Amodio always remembers me to a cute puppy. If he shakes his hips I start to smile - but there are no other reactions.
(Maybe I´m too old for that -but to Tango Amore I still definitely react :-) )

Looking at his gloves - one black and one white - and the starting and ending poses, I suppose he would liked to tell the story of a modern Pierrot, a "not always sad" Pierrot, if you understand what I mean... In my opinion, the choreography doesn't tell enough about it, and the costume doesn't help to well understand his intention. It's a pity, because Artur is a good athlete.

I guess it's a matter of hormones, not of skating... :mi_ga_et: I mean: Plush is such a handsome man! He moves reactions even when he's standing still! :plush31:
