little explenation: after the show i was lucky enough to spot both, Yana and Zhenya when they were posing for photos ans Zhenya was signing the autographs. This's when i took those photos. I have to say, Yana looked very lovely and Zhenya.....

Evan dropped so close to Plush that Plu had to act very fast not to fall into him. Evan fell down in jump and footwork...

Ok this is my report, I wrote most of it at the plane:

I m writing from the airplane, we just took off. I m sitting with my other friend from Greece (her name is also Dimitra) and we discuss the weekend. Everybody is looking at us probably cause we laugh like idiots. So I decided to shut up and write my report.
First of all Dimitra did A LOT of sightseeing, we didn’t. Thanx God I had done all the touristic stuff the other time. What we did is that we know the Palavela area now by heart. If someone wants a guide for Lingoto area, me, Sara and Ola will write one. On Firday we were doing circles around all the known hotels of the area looking for the official (including AC) but the receptionists told us big No. SO frustrated we ended up drinking Mohitos in our hotel until we got drunk.

Next morning we decided to part and go for sightseeing. So while we splitted and we were heading to various city areas, some great girls from Italy (hi Manuela, Maria Paola and Christina!) called Sara, who called me that they saw Evgeni walking around Ac Torino (200m from our hotel). So we got back, went to Ac but then decided to just wait around the corner for a coffee until the practice because AC reception was small and the stuff not too amazed to see us there. And while we were drinking our coffee caldo, Plush got out with all the others and by the time I paid the coffees bus was gone. But Ola caught him for a photo and she saw he had injured his finger (we later learnt from Yana that he fell on a jump), not serious we hope! Plushy left and I was . Anyway we couldn’t find Yana to ask for a meeting, we went outside Palavela, Sara had a pass for the practice so she will probably have some pics later. Sara said he tried various music including Nijinsky (I heard it also from outside but I was not sure).
Anyway before the show we did nothing, me I wanted to write a message on my books for plush and I messed with the pen and I was running upside down the hotel for the reception to help me and there I saw the Italian forum girls also, Daniela , Rafaela etc, we said we meet after show in hotel! When we arrived in Palavela it was super crowded, nowhere to park the car, arena was full and when we entered it was already 9 and they audience was silent waiting. There we saw Plu going out for the opening number in the dark. While skaters went out he was singing Boceli and asked Stephane to show him a part of choreo (great moment of LamboPlu!!!). Then I heard Godfather but it was not Plushy on ice and I thought what the fuck?

When he entered the arena and the spotlight went on him, I cant describe what happened. I was not prepared for so much noise, the videos show the half of it, music wasn’t heard and when Plush did his crazy godfather steps audience went Aaaaaaaa , I mean it was Godfather in Palavela, got chills. Audience suddenly warmed up and kept clapping till the end. Then skaters did a circle around Evan and I thought Plu was there too, but suddenly saw the platinum light on my left sitting and watching from the other side of the rink Evan like a bull to attack . The choreo was funny and Plu was in funky mode , he rocked it going straight to Evan with super speed , audience went nuts , guys did side by side jump and Evan fell or something and PLu stopped so fast not to crash on him , and then with Miki he was really funny, I loved the opening. He is very cool in those funky numbers, please do more!

I don’t want to say where audience was warm and where awfully indifferent , but they also clapped on Stephan’s second program (and the first of course but the second kicked ass, he got standing ovation)and in Kostner, the first program of hers I loved it. I also liked a lot DelShoes and Miki was aetherial! Plush went out after Miki’s number and was in front of us doing warm up (I missed the beginning of it because I thought the camera was writing, stupid me ), and then the announcer started speaking and audience started screaming and you couldn’t hear from noise , Lelo had a whistle, she was blowing like crazy, I ll take one next time!

SO with Plu on the ice, he had a laaaarge smile, he was so bright and happy, I think Palavela is so sentimental place for him and his fans, audience couldn’t stop screaming, imagine what you hear in the videos x 10, music didn’t start, announcer had to be loud, and then from the wide area of Palavela there was a wave of Plushenko! - Plushenko! rhythmic clap, Plushy thanked them with a nod and Tango started. Don’t ask me about the program I don’t remember. As usual. But he was really attacking it and Lelo in the very first note did a WOOOOW. He was teasing audience, played with them in steps, he is a maestro, I was laughing cause he plays audience in his fingers. I will write later what Dimitra who saw Figure Skating for first time told me. She had a whole analysis!

So he went to take his prize and then had a long interview, I have a video of it, basically it is 4 minutes of the platinum hair on my camera , so I don’t know if it is anything to post about it. People were pushing for autographs (so many young children went for his autograph) but Plush signed like 2-3 and left.

I n the second half, we were already in great mood, Dimitra looked excited (she was not sitting next to me, there was no place), Ola and Sara were having a hell of photos so the second half was even more upbeat! Plush went out third from last, before Costner and Evan. It doesn’t matter when he goes out anyway. Before the entrance he was speaking with the announcer making jokes and was telling him to do circles around sth like that (I think the announcer fancied Stephan, I have a small video for it..). When Plu entered audience went nuts before announcement, Plushy was doing circles waiting for announcer to finish and he is such a funny person, he waived him to stop talking, he had to skate and showed his watch. Announcer asked him ”So Evgeni, how can you do present yourself better than me”, and he stood on one foot, we all cracked up. Plush deserved everry single moment to be THE DIVA there, audience gave him this right!! And then Malade started and mood changed immediately, it was beautiful, emotional, i saw the wonderful bielman spiral, very touching moment. The next two programs I didn’t see them, I remember Evan got out for his LP but this I didn’t like, his MJ program was better. My personal opinion, I did not like his skating, it is akward , clumpsy, he doesn’t have extention and he doesn’t project to audience, his body language is bad, I m sorry, I don’t want to diss him but he left me cold and even more depressed. I was hoping to like something about him to justify Vancouver. It was bad, sorry for any Evan fans.

So the end came with This is our moment (really, any more originality in the songs??)and Plu got out in screams again and at the end they went together with Evan and bowed to the audience, I think it was better because the difference would show in screams..

THEN Plu went out and started jumping upside down for Yana who was sitting in ViP area to see him. And he went backstage. Ola will tell you about backstage stuff, but she also managed to find Yana and confirm the meeting after show.

The thing is Yana twitted it a little late about the meeting and not all people managed to come on time…that was a pitty. I know many people who didn’t manage or arrived late, Palavela was 20 minutes running from the hotel, I cant explain what happened when we got out. First of all we got lost, then we had to arrange taxis and cars because Yana said they had only 15 minutes before leaving from Torino at night, some gilrs started running on foot. It was really crazy, Sara managed to arrange us all and we arrived in hotel in time with crazy taxi drivers!

When bus arrived first entered Evan. I heard the door and run to see who was it, I saw Evan and went back to my couch. I felt a little sorry for him, a couple of people stopped him. Then it was Stephane but his fans were not there and then Plu entered with Yana, and we gathered all around. Plush was happy, cheering , Yana was wearing a beautiful dress and shoes, and so we all started speaking simultaneously as usual.
When I went to them Plu said heeeeeyyy the griekse! gave me a hug and kiss and a large smile. I asked him how is he, great show etc..I asked him did you listen to crowd, italians are super and he said Yes I did , with a very bright smile Then we talked about vacations in Crete and their photoshoot, I told Yana their pictures were beautiful, and her dresses and they told me they had great time! I forgot to ask them many things As Usual…Plush said he searches for rink in Greece cause he knows he has fans there

Then I asked him if he is Happy! He said with big voice Yes, YES I m happy , very happy with wide eyes and smile and said he had great summer in Japan! Then I gave them their books and told him they are heavy maybe I take them back, and Plus said NO, give me my gift, LOL! The book for Yana was a special taschen edition of Mediterenean hotels

to read on the plane, it is animation about funny cat. In the message I wrote him that he makes us smile, so I hope the book make him laugh. I told him this is a book about a bad cat because you like cats, and he laughed , said thank you and opened it.

Then I asked Plush for a picture for official site, at first he said we take one together and I said NO, lol, I didn’t understand what he said, so he asked why not? Anyway don’t ask me, I just confused my words there, then he said lets all have a picturte (sara and ola have them). SO he posed for every fan and for official site also, then started talking to girls also, he was very friendly and very smiley and it was a pandemonium.

Someone wanted to kick us out of hotel and Plush said him surprised NO, that we are finishing! (nice hotel.. ) I don’t know what happened there, it was in Russian. Anyway then I asked him for a video for official site for the people who could not come to see him and he did it right away.

Then we had a conversation Off the record where he said more or less:
We said him we like his shows a lot and that he listened to the crowd today. That he is tired a little and needs vacations , so he will have two weeks off before Russian tour. He said he could skate and skate but he cant and showed he is tired now . We told him we cant have Visa fast so we cant come to russia many of us. Then he said in the Russian tour he will show his new program short or long. I asked him why he didn’t skate Mack the knife again, he said he skated once in Korea, but it is not ready the program, the costume, but we showed him we really liked it A LOT, and I told him we saw him with Orange on videos, Yana asked us if we really liked this show.

Sara asked him to inform us if he goes to Pinzolo or Mittelwald again (so we can arrange an excursion) .Bravo Sara, he said ok and laughed! I think he had the face, OH GOD an army will arrive there! At some point he said about new programs and that he is tired of tosca and nijinski etc but I don’t remember that at all. We told him we support him in everything he decides.
I told him when leaving to twit more cause Yana beats him on competition in twitter and he smiled at Yana and said he should start to twit more! That was precious, like hey, I don’t like to be beaten!
He will skate in Milan in 18 December so arrange your passports from now.

Thanx Ola and Sara and Lelo and the new italian girls and Valentina and her friend that I met, so great fans!

I want to write you the dialogue I had with my other greek friend Dimitra before the show, DImitra had never seen figure skating before, she is a new fan .

Dimitra: Who is Plushenko from the skaters, how I recognise him?
Me: You will understand when he gets on ice
Dimitra: And who beated him in OLympics?
Me; You will understand when he gets on ice


After the show

Dimitra: Oh my God, so huge applause for Plushenko he is amazing, he captures your eye, you cant escape for a moment, the Tango program was amazing, he has a perfect dancer body, Je suis malade I got chills, he has such power and sensitivity, he demands you watch him,now understand all the love from people, he is special. (dimitra is very strict in music taste), but the Olympic Champion is also a great dancer

Me: What?

Dimitra: Lambiel is a great dancer, more dancer than skater

Me: Dimitra, it is not Lambiel the Olympic Champion

Dimitra: Who is it, this Nikita? (the italian guy;;-))) )

Me: NO, the american Guy

DImitra: The black tall cockroach? How he beated Plushenko? Did he fell?
Me: no..Plush was perfect..
