Subtitles are not "engraved" in video, than added as text file. :mi_ga_et:

You have to go on youtube, and there under video click on icon "Interactive Transcript"....

Очень важно, что Вы написали ТОЧНОЕ слово! Я тоже видела по ТВ плакат "Царь", а диктор на Гала объявила: "Король льда".
