Baturin knows whom to pay, so that the court takes decisions against Jana. But even when the court takes a decision, that Jana is allowed to see the kids, and she goes to the village where they live he doesn't allow her, she goes to the local justice officials and asks them to help her see the kids, but Baturin has bought all of them and they say they cannot help her. On another occasion she goes to the school, where one of the boys studies and asks the director to see the boy, the director says she is not allowed to do this, Baturin has showed him a document.
On another occasion, Baturin even writes her a telegram, that she can come to see the boy on his birthday, she goes there and it appears that the kids with Baturin has gone away. I could not understand well, if it was on this occasion, or on another one, but Baturin has arranged a journey with a boat on the river and Jana and her parents arrive and the boat just leaves without waiting for them. By the way, on this occasion, Jana's mother nearly faintеd out of despair.
On another occasion Baturin hid the kids somewhere and did not tell her where to find them, Jana searched for them for 2 months, without knowing what has happened to the two boys, where they are, how are they, what is happening. She evn took a private detective to search for them, because she did not know if they are all right?
Can you imagine such a monster???

The situation with Yana and her children is very unfortunate, and I have deep sympathy for her. But what can Plushy do by appearing on this TV show? It won't help Yana with the legal issue, and it is definitely not good for his public image, he and his team should know better.

Hope Yana and her ex-husband can settle this outside the public arena, the children will suffer if their parents are fighting publicly on TV.

I agree with Lily. There´s nothing Evgeni can do to help Yana, he will not solve anything if he appears on TV or if he threatens Baturin. Evgeni must avoid scandals and anything which is not related to his sports career. Everybody knows he supports Yana, he said it many times. Believe me, his public image is not so positive, a lot of people dislike his involvement in glamour events, Bilan´s business, Baturin scandal, etc. The pressure is huge because his Federation, ISU, figure skating fandom expects very good results from him next season and to completely change his image. They will eat him alive if something goes wrong.

Evgeni was not interfering publicly in Jana's problems till it has become as worse as hell. Like every normal man he is now out of himself seeing how far it has gone. Moreover, he has an experience with his own ex-wife and son and knows that matters could be solved in a civilized way.
